Plastic Part Design
Targeted audience: CATIA V5 users that design plastic parts. The course answers the following questions:
- How do I create a structured, “easy to change” plastic part in CATIA V5?
- Which functions to use/avoid when creating plastic parts in CATIA V5?
- How do I modify my plastic part in the most effective way?
- My plastic parts are often built with styling surfaces, how do I build up the model so that I can replace the surfaces in an effective way?
- Shell, Thick Surface or Core-Cavity - there are many ways to create a thin walled part - but what are the pros and cons of the different techniques?
